U-PLAY Online S.L (hereinafter U-PLAY) is the owner of the site www.strikermanager.com . U-PLAY Online offers you various payment methods that will permit you to buy Golden Balls (hereinafter, GB). The GB are the in-game monetary unit used in Striker Manager to buy enhancements for the game. THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS SET OUT BELOW APPLY TO PURCHASES AND SALES OF PRODUCTS/OR SERVICES IN THE WEB SITE WWW.STRIKERMANAGER.COM OFFERED BY U-PLAY ONLINE IN AND OUT OF SPANISH TERRITORY. By placing your order for Product/or services, you accept and are bound to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. These Terms of Sale will be available when buying the product at the web site.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE CAREFULLY. When you purchase any product or service from U-Play, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
We may change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check these Terms of Sale whenever you complete an order form and before you submit it to us. If you place an order with us after we have posted any change to these Terms of Sale, you will be agreeing to that change.

2.-PRICYNG: The prices of the services and products offered by U-PLAY are expressed in Euros. Any costs related to currency exchange are borne by the client, unless otherwise stipulated in the offer. Prices for products offered via Striker may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. The prices of the products are set by the price list in force on the day of order placement. Offers will be properly marked and identified as such. U-PLAY reserves the right, at any time without notice, any changes it deems appropriate and can update products and prices. The price applicable shall be evidenced at the time that the buyer made the purchase.
3.- PAYMENT: All purchases can be paid through the follow payment options: By PayPal, SMS, Paysafecard (prepayment cards) and Ultimate Pay. PayPal is a fast and secure service allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the internet. This service is available around the world and an account can be funded with an electronic debit from a bank account or by a credit card. When you log in to PayPal from our site you will have two options: register a new PayPal user you can use on future purchases or buy directly by clicking on "Continue". Check the terms of payment on PayPal site for further information about how to pay. The SMS system is a service to buy through the mobile phone. You will have to send a message with a given code to 27722. The Paysafecard system consists on prepayment cards with a 16-digit PIN CODE. You can enter in the web site and you pay easily. Ultimate Pay is a service that offers you the possibility to pay with most payment services available in your country.
4.- DELIVERY: Following our receipt of your completed electronic order and payment by PayPal, SMS, Paysafecard system or Ultimate Pay, we will contact you by email to confirm the details on the payment. A contract will be created between U-PLAY and you when we send that confirmatory email (order confirmation) to you. The new GB will be added to your account. If we cannot, for any reason, accept and process your order, we will notify you accordingly. If we fail to deliver within 1 week after we have accepted your order, you may claim by contacting our Customer Service at 0034 93 309 13 98 (Open Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm / Friday 9am - 3.00pm; Spanish working days).

7.- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: Content on UPlay Services is owned by U-Play Online or U-Play Online’s third party licensors and is protected by Spain and International copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international conventions, and other laws protecting intellectual property and related proprietary rights. You may not copy or download any Content from U-play unless you are expressly authorized to do so. Under the provisions of the Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Law of Intellectual Property are expressly prohibited reproduction, distribution, public communication, including any means of making available all or part of contents of this website for commercial purposes, in any form or by any technical means, without the authorization of U-PLAY. You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to Content. You may not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of Content. U-Play reserves all rights in U-Play owned and licensed Content that are not expressly granted to you in this Terms of Sale. Making unauthorized copies of Content found on U-Play Services may result in the termination of your U-Play Account, prohibition on use of U-Play Services, and further legal action. Content owners may take criminal or civil action against you for unauthorized use of intellectual property. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U-Play from any unauthorized or illegal conduct by you, or through the use of your Account, on U-Play Services.
8.-WARRANTY AND RETURNS: U-PLAY guarantees return within one month after we have accepted your order. If you exercise your right to cancel the Order we will refund the money ONLY IF THE GOLDEN BALLS HAVE NOT BEEN ALREADY CONSUMED. Therefore, you have to take into account that the Pack Manager is active from the very beginning of the purchase, so we will not be obliged to make any refund. You must communicate previously your wish to cancel the order. This step is indispensable to be refunded. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to that effect to firstname.lastname@example.org.
9.-LAW AND JURISDICTION: These Terms of Sale are governed by the Spanish law and you agree to submit any dispute to the Courts of Barcelona, Spain.
