The manager ombudsman
If you disagree with the allegations and/or sanction you got after a behaviour of cheating, or you think you are suffering as a result of an unfair or prejudicial action in the game, you can complain to the manager ombudsman. Remember that ignorance of the rule is no excuse. Only queries about the current season will be admissible.
